高级再燃气体脱硝特性的研究

  • Abstract: Advanced reburning (AR) is one of the novel NOx control technologies. Some primary parameters of AR have been investigated by the experiments, NOx reduction performance of two fuels is analyzed contrastively. Results show that the NO removal efficiency increases quickly with the molar ratio of gas to NO and the residence time (within 0.34s) during reburning process when the temperature is 1050℃.There exists an optimum reburning stoichiometric ratio (0.7~0.8) and a molar ratio of NH3/NO (2.0) for AR process. The optimum ratio of natural gas/NO is 3.63 at the temperature of 1200℃. The optimum reburning temperatures of natural gas and liquefied petroleum gas are about 1250℃ and 1050℃, respectively. When the residence time exceeds 0.34s, the NO reduction efficiency of advanced natural gas reburning rises slowly, but that of advanced liquefied petroleum gas reburning increases rapidly.
