污泥热解油中类汽油组分组成和燃料特性分析

Composition and fuel characters of gasoline-like fraction in the pyrolysis oil of sludge

  • 摘要:  采用蒸馏工艺对污泥热解油进行加工,得到较轻的类汽油组分,利用气质联用对此部分进行化学成分分析,发现类汽油组分是由碳原子个数为6~13有机物组成的复杂混合物,其中含有烷烃24.32%、烯烃36.33%、芳烃22.96%、N、O有机物16.39%。将类汽油组分的燃料性质与车用汽油标准进行对比,发现除难闻气味和硫含量较高外,馏程、铜片腐蚀性测试、机械杂质含量和非饱和有机物含量与车用汽油标准要求很接近。实验结果表明,类汽油组分有望成为汽油的替代燃料。

     

    Abstract: Pyrolysis is one of the promising disposal outlets of sewage sludge, which can not only solve the environmental problem but also obtain gas and liquid fuels. In this study, the pyrolysis oil of sewage sludge was obtained in a fixed bed. Distillation, widely used in chemical industry, was employed for pyrolysis oil process to get the light fraction termed as gasoline-like fraction. It is found that the hydrocarbon chain length of the gasoline-like fraction distributes across the C6~13 which is close to that of gasoline. It is a complex mixture of many organics including 24.32% alkanes, 36.33% alkenes, 22.96% aromatics and 16.39% N- and O- containing compounds. Except for serious smell and high sulfur content, the gasoline-like fraction is close to the real gasoline for motor vehicle for the characters of distillation, Cu strip corrosion, mechanical admixture and the content of unsaturated hydrocarbon. The comparison of the gasoline-like fraction with gasoline for motor vehicle indicates that the former has the potential to substitute for fossil gasoline.
